STEP 1 (before travelling to Turkey)

a. We give you information regarding Turkey & business opportunities here.


b. If you are interested in our services, we will sign a Memorandums of
Understanding agreement.
c. We help you to process your visa & assist you during the whole process of
acquiring citizenship and investing in Turkey.

STEP 2 (after your arrival in Turkey)

a. Our Turkey team receives you from the airport & settle you in suitable
accommodation.
b. We assist you to apply for a short-term RP (resident permit)
c. In the meantime, also assist you in assessing the investment opportunities
here. We will offer you various property options; we will report physical features,
legal status, price and profitability ratio.

STEP 3 (application process)

a. Within 3-4 working days, our Turkey office starts the necessary paperwork
for the purchase application in the Land Registry Office.

Necessary papers include:


● Document from the local municipality
● Earthquake Insurance
● Power of Attorney (PA)
● Passport & ID card from both buyer and seller (buyer’s passport and ID
card need to be translated in Turkish and notarized)
● Report of Experts (an inquiry report based on real ownership of the
property, physical situation according to the municipality city plan, real
market value)

(It usually takes 7-10 working days to get all these documents done)

B. Submitting the application with above-mentioned documents in the Land


Registry Office.

C. After the submission, you get an appointment for registration within 3-5 working
days. On that day as a buyer, you transfer money to the seller’s account & get the
registry paper in your name. (Your PA holder may sign on behalf of you but property
registration will be in your name)

STEP 4 (further assistance)


● After completing the purchase, our team starts your citizenship process. Turkish
Civil Registry Office takes 3 months to make your Turkish ID card and Turkish
passport.
● In the meantime, our team serves you with the following:

- Getting Tax Number from the Government office.


- Opening a Bank Account.
- Registering for electricity, water, gas, phone, internet line on your name.
- Recommendation & assistance for buying furniture and other house staffs in
Istanbul (if necessary).

STEP 5

- rental revenue, assist you to rent out your property and get a steady income
from your investment. Take care of your property, make sure that the rent will
be collected in accordance with the rental agreement.
