    Instructions to prepare the Video clip /PPT for CVA

    (*Note: The CVA Portal Link will activate from 4th November,2019)

    1. Prepare a video/PPT of the Working prototype of your proposed solution.

    2. Kindly ensure that the prepared Video Clip of Max. 3 Minutes or PPT of Max. 10
    slides (*File size upto 30 MB and mp4 file).

    3. Team is requested to name the Video Clip/PPT only as their “Application ID”
    (e.g.”VISH2019****”) generated at the time of online application submission.

    4. Your video/PPT must include :-


    i. Implemented pilot project along with user feedback.
    ii. Impact of the proposed solution.
    iii. Implementation and outreach plan.
    iv. Financial implication for the village.

    Steps to upload the Video clip /PPT on CVA Portal

    1. Firstly, you need to login the CVA portal with your existing login credentials used
    at the time of application submission.

    2.Upload the prepared video clip/PPT.

    3.Click on the save button.

    4.After that click on the submit button to submit your prototype data.
