Terms & Conditions:

SITE CALIBRATION:
1 All the Quoted Instruments calibration to be released in a single order, if any split up in the above quantity the prices will be changed.
Kindly ask for the revised quotation.
2 The work will be carried out at your site within 2-3 working days based on receipt of your official order or E-Mail confirmation
(followed by an official order). If any Facility Limitation by M/s.Vaidyanatheshwara Instruments to do at Site, the .
Instrument to be Sent to our Lab. We will take the Responsibility of 1 Pickup and 1 Delivery
3 Above quoted Master Transportation Charges will be claimed per visit if quoted.
4 The calibration certificate will be sent to you within 5-6 working days from the date of completion of Calibration, against receipt of
the order. For AMC Calibration Minimum quantity per visit should be 10No’s, if not Master Transportation charged
as per quotation.

INHOUSE LAB CALIBRATION:

1 Kindly dispatch the Instrument through your representative or through courier / transport on paid basis to our M/s.Vaidyanatheshwara
Instruments Calibration lab. If the material to be sent back through Courier it will be chargeable extra at actual.
2 Time required for Lab calibration is 3-4 working days. Express service available within 1 working day with 25% additional costs,
with mutual agreement the Prior date to be taken. For 3rd Party Calibration Instrument to be sent to our Lab or we
will take the Responsibility of 1 Pickup and 1 Delivery. Time required to return back within 7-8 working days.

THERMAL MAPPING/VALIDATION:

 1 If any Delay in work due to Equipment problem or any other reason per day Charge Rs.1, 500 will be claimed extra apart from the
actual charges.
2 During Mapping or after mapping any loss of data beyond our control we shall not be held responsible. At any circumstances
Re-mapping / Validation will not be done for free of cost.
3 When the Mapping / Validation is required for above 8 Hrs. after the probe fixing is completed our Engineer’s stay may not be
required. If required to be intimated before placing the Order.
4 When the Mapping / Validation is required for an Equipment for Different set point or for Different Condition like Empty / Loaded
after the probe fixing is completed our Engineer stay may not be required. The required set temp & Loading to be
done by your end, If Engineer stay required to be intimated before placing the Order.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1 Validity: 45 Days.
2 GST@ Tax: 18 % Extra w.r.t calibration qtn
3 After Receiving Your Purchase/Work Order we are going to take up the job.(The Prices are quoted above are for
Calibration only Which is traceable to National & International Standards. if any major repairs spares replacement
will be informed & to be quoted separately before taking up the job.)
4 100% payment has to be cleared before taking the delivery of the instrument / before availing Calibration Certificate.
5 The Calibration work will be carried out at your site within 2-3 working days from the date of receipt of your official Order
or E-mail confirmation followed by an official order.
6 The calibration certificate will be sent to you within 3-4 working days from the date of completion of calibration work w.r.t
quantity upto 100 Nos. else period will be 7-8 working days
7 If any Facility Limitation by VI to do at Site, the Instrument to be Sent to our Lab.
8 All the Instruments quoted in our offer to be released in a single order, if any split up in the above
9 Payment has to be made by Cheque or DD in the name of M/s.Vaidyanatheshwara INSTRUMENTS payable at Bangalore
only as per the payment term mentioned in our quotation
10 Our Master are Traceable to National Physical Laboratory-New Delhi, FCRI-Palghat, ETDC-Bangalore
11 Device under calibration must be in working condition, accompanied by its operational manual, all accessories pertaining
to the equipment & with Accuracy details if not provided, Conclusion will not be given. In calibration report
12 Our SAP System will not allow generating a Calibration Certificate if any Payment is pending.
13 Incase of any dispute, the decision of Proprietor, M/s.Vaidyanatheshwara Instruments shall be final & binding.
14 The Conditions are subject to any change/modification without any prior notice.
15 Equipment accepted for calibration may be returned un calibrated, under circumstances beyond M/s.Vaidyanatheshwara
Instruments Control
16 After some days if calibrated Items found to be faulty or defective and needs repair / service the recalibration will be charged.
The Equipment will not be re calibrated for free of cost at any reasons.
17 All possible care will be taken in handling the equipment, but the risk of damage in transit or in Calibration must be assumed
by the customer.
18 M/s.Vaidyanatheshwara Instruments calibration laboratory is Accredited by ISO/IEC 17025:2005, National Accreditation Board for
Testing and Calibration (NABL) for MECHANICAL, ELECTRO TECHNICAL & THERMAL LABORATORIES.
19 M/s.Vaidyanatheshwara Instruments will not be responsible for damage or loss of item during test / calibration or during transit
irrespective of all care that can be taken
