Technical Specification for Wooden Rack and stand Manufacture

1. Project Description:

COSL Mexico needs manufacture 3 wooden racks for induction logging tools
calibration. Due to induction logging tools calibration environment is very harsh,
around 9 square meters shouldn’t have any metal material, so those wooden rack
should be manufactured by pure wooden without any metal material. Also we need
manufacture 40 wooden stands to support logging tools.

2. Service Content &Service List:

2.1 Manufacture 3 wooden racks according to the drawing that COSL MEXICO
provide.

2.2 Manufacture 40 Wooden stand according to the drawing that COSL MEXICO
provide.

3. Technical Requirements：

3.1 wooden racks Technical requirements

3.1.1 The .material of the wooden rack should use Primer Pine wooden.

3.1.2 Each wooden racks should have the capacity of support 118KG weight.

3.1.3 The supplier need put some varnish over the surface of the racks to prevent liquids,
oil, mud to get into the pore space of the wood.

3.1.4 The wooden rack should be manufactured by wooden without any metal
materials, but can use PVC tube to fix the wooden rack.

3.1.5 The drawing of the wooden rack as below:

Note: In the drawing of the wooden rack each side have one leg, so the supplier need install
4 legs to support the wooden rack. show in figure 2.

3.2 Wooden stand Technical Specification

3.2.1 The .material of the wooden rack should use Primer Pine wooden.

3.2.2 Each wooden racks should have the capacity of support 60KG weight.

3.2.3 The supplier need put some varnish over the surface of the racks to prevent liquids,

oil, mud to get into the pore space of the wood.
