Buenaventura was founded on July 14, 1540 by Juan ladrilleros. It is a special
district, industrial, port, biodiverse and ecotourism.

• it is the second most populated city in the department after Cali

• it is the largest municipality in the Pacific region.

How to get to buenaventura from the city of Cali?

The first route we show you, is from the highway 19 and cordoba -
loboguerrero. It can take approximately 2 hours and 39 minutes to cover the
123.3 km distance.
