1. Project Start date: 01-11-2018

2. Estimated Finish date: 12-04-2019

3. Key Schedule Milestones

 Project Initiation By 29 October
 PMP development by 3 December
 Understand Business requirements within 2 Month of project start
 Development phase complete by 8 February
 Deployment of software by 14 February

4. Budget Information
All the funds will be covered by the beneficiary Party I.e. Institute of
International Management and Science. The majority of cost will be the labor. All
the hardware will be made available by beneficiary party.

6. Project Objectives:
The objective is to release the first final version in 5-month Duration.

7. Main Project Success Criteria

The Software must meet all written specifications, be thoroughly tested, and be
completed on time. The CEO of the beneficiary party will approve the project
with advice from other stakeholders.

8. Approach
 Create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) within 1-month time and prepare
a Gantt chart detailing the work required to complete the project.
 Manage all the hardware resources and workspace within 1 week of WBS

 release.
 Hold the weekly progress review meetings with the core project team and
sponsor
 Conduct through software testing as per the approved test plans
