Restaurant Services Script

Server: Good Morning Sir! Welcome to Ja's and Maz Brunch. Have you eaten here before?

Customer: No. This is my first time here. Actually a friend of mine from work suggested this
place today for our lunch.

Server: Oh great suggestion! Well would you like to hear about today special Sir?

Customer: Oh sure, why not?

Server: Well, do you have any reservation Sir?

Customer: None.

Server: Okay take a seat here Sir.

Server: So, We have three items on special. The first is the manager's special, it is baked cod
served with rice and a vegetable medley. The second is fried shrimp with fries on the side and
the last one it is 10 oz. rib eye with a choice of two sides.

Customer: Oh they all sounds good and delicious. I guess bring me a rib eye with a baked potato
and green beans as my sides.

Server: Good choice, how would you like your steak Sir?

Customer: I want medium rare.

Server: Nice, then what would you like to drink?

Customer: I'll take a glass of your house red.

Server: Okay, Do you want to start off with an appetizer like some fried calamari or chicken
wings Sir?

Customer: Oh sure it'll be good. Thanks.

Server: Good, coming right up Sir.

After three minutes..

Server: Here's appetizer Sir so, your steak order will be out about 10 minutes.

Customer: okay I'll wait.

After 10 minutes..

Server: Ok Sir, here is your rib eye with baked potato and green beans on sides. Well can I get
you anything else? Would you like another glass of wine?

Customer: Oh this looks great! No more wine for me please I'm going to switch to soda. What
kind of soft drinks do you have?

Server: We have Coke, Sprite, and Dr. Pepper.

Customer: Bring me a Coke please.

Server: Ok. Coming right up Sir.

After 10 minutes..

Server: How was your steak Sir?

Customer: Goodness the steak was really great. No complaints.

Server: Great, Can I clear your plate now Sir?

Customer: Sure.

Server: Do you have any room for Desserts Sir?

Customer: No thanks, just bring the check please.

Server: Ok Sir, I'll be right back with that.
