Guest/Customer: “Hi this is John. I want to place a dinner order for room service.”
Room Service Staff/Restaurant Staff: “Of course sir. We’d be delighted to assist you.
Have you had a chance to look at our doorknob menu in your room?”
Guest/Customer: “Yes I have it right here.”
Room Service Staff/Restaurant Staff: “Wonderful. Could you please let me know your
room number, sir?”

Room Service Staff/Restaurant Staff: “Great. Now let’s look at your doorknob menu,

would you like?”

Guest/Customer: “No, that’s all. May I know my total bill?”
Room Service Staff/Restaurant Staff: “Your total bill will be 1,876 pesos sir. How would
you prefer to settle this bill, sir?” (the guest mentioned where to pay the bill) Alright. Your
order will be ready in approximately 30 minutes. We’ll bring it to your room and you can
pay upon delivery. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to call us. Enjoy your

Guests: “Water for now, please.”
Wine Host: “Certainly, I’ll bring that right over. (Brings water glasses) Here’s your water.
