Blood Donation System Database Project

Abstract :
Blood is an important factor, that is very essential in the life of every or-
ganisms living on this earth. Without blood, even a small organism on
this earth wouldn’t exist. Nowadays we see that people lose their pre-
cious life without getting the blood at the right time at time of acci-
dents. Sometimes there may not be proper contact of the blood do-
nors. To solve all these problems this blood donation database system
application can be of great help. It can also help in saving the precious
lives of the people by getting the blood at the right time.

The features that can be included in blood donation system database

project application are as follows:
• Blood donor details: The details of the blood donors (table name)
like name (attribute), address (attribute), blood group (attribute),
contact information (attribute) can be stored easily through this ap-
plication.
• Blood bank details: Once the blood collected from the donors will
be stored in the blood banks (table name). The blood bank details
like name (attribute), location (attribute), blood availability of par-
ticular blood group (attribute) and many other details (attributes)
can be maintained easily through this application.
• Blood acceptor details: The blood collected in blood bank will be
delivered to the blood acceptors (table name) in different areas of
the city. The blood acceptor details like acceptor name (attribute),
acceptor blood group (attribute), hospital (attribute), amount of
blood required (attribute) can be stored easily through this applica-
tion.
