In my eighteen years of existence, I only new the existence of Tagubilin at Habilin

just these days. And I can say that among the hundreds of poems/songs that I
have read ever since elementary, this is one of the best and inspiring poem/song
that we can reflect and serve as a guide in our life. It is fun to read and easy to
understand unlike other deep poems. I am asked to choose 4 stanzas from this
poem/song and reflect on it. Here are those:
The first one is the third stanza. It is said there that we should wash our hands
before and after eating but we should never wash our hands only for us to escape
from the blame of the sin that we made. Face the consequences of your mistake
and short cummings and don’t let someone innocent pay it for you. Another thing
is we should never wash our hands if we have the chance to help others. One day
you will also need help so as long as you can and you are able to help, do it. Let’s
help each other.
Next one is the eleventh paragraph. Stated there that there’s a lot of things in this
world that can disappoint you and a lot of problems that seems like there is no
solution but despite of these, live. When we look around us, we can see
something that can disappoint us. Our friends whom we give our trust, our
families whom we dedicate all our hardships, or even someone that we expect to
do something but instead do nothing. Even ourselves. Disappointments are
everywhere so all we need to do is don’t focus on it but focus on the good things
that can make us happy. No one in this world that is existing but have no
problem. Everyone has, there is no exception regardless of gender, age, and
status in the society. It may be a small or big one that seems like it does not have
solution, just continue living and always remember that God will not give you
something that you can’t handle. There is God, just trust in Him.

Third is the ninth paragraph. It simply has one line saying “Huwag kang patalo.
Huwag kang susuko.” It consists only of this simple line but it creates a big impact
in my life. Whatever problems and challenges that we come across our way.
Always remember to keep on fighting. Never let yourself be lose against this cruel
world and never give up. As long as there’s life, there is a hope for everything.
And last is the fourteenth paragraph. It says that we should learn to fight if
someone’s taking a step to turn us down. If someone underestimate our capacity
or our identity as a human. Never let them down you. Be brave and fight for your
principles in life. Take the risk and show what are your principle and stand. Be
confident and proud of it.
Mabuhay ka. Live your life into a meaningful way.
