FOR PROJECT LEADERS

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT Overall management, leadership, direction, and proper implementation of

MANAGER projects
Number of Vacancy: 3
Plan Resources,assign responsibilities, set deadlines and monitor the
progress for smooth operations of project

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget to achieve cost efficiency

Communicate regularly and report on the project’s progress to the

Managing Director, CEO, funding agencies, and to relevant government
ministries.

Oversee Site Provision for employee occupational health and safety

REQUIREMENT
Preferably an Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, 10+ years work experience in management of
hydropower projects, track record of succesful completion of projects handled.

GROWTH
Incumbents who demonstrate high level of performance in above responsibilities will be placed in leadership positions of
their preference based on business requirement within 2021.
