HR Enablement 2022 – Current Saudi Tourism Authority – (Riyadh):


Manager / L&D o Leading the Shared Services digital transformation working with the Chief
Director (Acting) directly, and played a critical role in successfully launching the ERP
system, resulting in an enhanced digital experience across STA
o Managing HR planning activities including the annual business plan,
budgeting, and procurement
o Managing quality assurance on all HR activities directed at external
stakeholders, including RFPs, communications, reporting, audit &
compliance, and database management
o Manage the incubation of all HR initiatives through building the
frameworks, forms, policies and procedures up until successful launch,
then manage transition to HR owners accordingly
o Led the L&D function in an acting capacity for 6 months, where we
successfully launched training policies & procedures, forms, budgets,
logistics, and IDPs, and successfully delivered training to 250+ employees
o Was the lead PMO on Accelerate Academy, resulting in successfully
launching the pilot on time and paved the way for the rest of the cohorts
to continue their learning journeys
o Built the HR dashboard and relevant reports for different stakeholders,

HR Senior 2021 – 2022 Decision Support Center – Royal Court (Riyadh):


Specialist o Lead the Graduate Development Program end-to-end. Responsible for
building the project plan, defining key milestones and interdependencies,
managing multiple stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and finally
delivering and reporting.
o Lead a project to deliver on-site training of Public Policy subjects to
employees from the ecosystem, and in partnership with renowned local
and international experts. Responsible for identifying partnerships
sourcing, program candidate selection, managing training delivery
logistics, onboarding, and finally designing quality surveys and reporting.
o Managed the center’s overall training logistics including training
requirement gathering, vendor sourcing, assessments, evaluations, and
legal contract reviewing and service procurement.
