Buyer ,this offer will be same as the contract.

1.Subject OFFER.

1.1.Producer sells and the buyer buys the goods (water slides, ,water technic),the Turkish manufacturing firms ERKASAN
under the terms of the the offer EXW TUZLA ISTANBUL.

1.2.Name of the goods,their price and quantity specified in the specification,which is an integral part of the Offer.

2.PRICE AND TOTAL OFFER

2.1.Total offer amount is 666.485.-€ as detailed below and value of the offer may be changed by agreement of the parties.

2.2.1 WaterSlides prices included(WS): Waterslides made with classic hand lay up system fiberglas ele-
ments(%100 HANDMADE), security curtains, supporting metal contructions, assembly equipment.Supervisor for 20
days

2.2.2 Waterslides prices not included(WS):, Ambient designing, excavation, digging,all construction jobs ,water tech-
nic(priced sepereately),,platform of the water slides, all concreting process,.krane,hand tools and machines,,Local worker
(5 montage person for 20 days), (If you want)Supervisor visa, flight,local transportation food and hotel accommodations
.Supervisor fee will be 150.-€/day after 20 days, transport,all certificate and test for buyer custom procedure.

2.2.3 Water tech prices included: For each slide 1pc.Water Pumps(needed flowrate for each waterslide 1 pc.control
panels, 2 pieces of ø140 mm. butterfly valve. 1 piece ø140 mm. check valve, and 4 pc.Elbows 90º

2.2.4 Water Tech prices not included: Excavation, digging Transportation, PVC pipes ,electric cables, ,installation
from Pool to Slide pump. all certificate and test for buyer custom procedure

2.2.5Platform prices included:Same dimensions as drawing (3.500x9.000xh:20.000 mm) ,Hot dipped Galvanised
metal construction ,Platform and spiral steps covered with antislip fiberglas with all galvanised screws and nuts

2.2.6 Platform prices not included: Montage, transportation, all certificate and test for buyer custom procedure

3. DELIVERY TERMS

3.1 Loading on the truck is belongs to the seller.

3.2 All transpotation cost belongs to the buyer

4.DELIVERY

4.1.As specified in the contract, the goods must be delivered within 120 (one hundred twenty) days after the signing the
contract.

5.PAYMENT METHOD

5.1. 50% Payment for the contract shall be made by bank transfer or cash in advance

40%Payment for the contract shall be made by bank transfer or cash when the goods are ready, before loading.

10%Payment for the contract shall be made by bank transfer or cash when the goods are at the montage area, before
montage.
