The University of the Philippines Visayas University Student Council (UPV USC)
is the official student council of the University of the Philippines Visayas. It is
an organization which serves as a training ground for leaders in the University
of the Philippines Visayas - College of Management (UPV - CM).

In line with the commemoration of the martial law, the UPV USC will be holding
an exhibit this September 16-20, 2019. Through this event, UPV USC aims to
inform the students as well as to extensively introduce the organization itself,
discuss its core principles, activities, and goals.

In view thereof, UPV USC would like to borrow 2 tents on the aforementioned
date to be utilized for the said event. Rest assured that the organization will
be held accountable for the proper handling of the said borrowed equipments.
