COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT

I, JENALYN SAQUING y BATANG, Filipino, of legal age, single and a

resident of Brgy. Cattaran, Solana, Cagayan, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby charges:

1. Respondents ALLAN REDONDO and MADELYN REDONDO,

Filipino citizens, of legal ages and residents of Brgy. Cattaran,
Solana, Cagayan where summons, subpoenas, orders and/or other
legal processes may be served upon them;

2. I am one of the only child of Julieta Batang who is the registered

owner of a parcel of land with an area of twelve thousand five
hundred thirty one (12,531) square meters located at Barrio
Malabbac, Iguig, Cagayan evidenced by TCT no. T-66034 hereto
marked and attached a Annex “A”;

3. As the only surviving heir, I and my live-in partner Leonardo

Razonabe cultivated the land and planted yellow corn on it;

4. Since we started to cultivate and plant on the lot, we regularly visit

the farm to check it;

5. We were surprised when we visited the farm on June 22, 2019 at

around 05:45 in the morning to see respondent Allan Redondo in
the act of destroying almost all of our planted yellow corn with the
use of his long bladed weapon (bolo);

6. I called his attention and told him to stop destroying our yellow
corn but he answered: “kaya kong bayaran ang mga mais nyo!”;

7. While Alan and I were arguing, we were shocked when Madelyn

suddenly appeared and uttered: “Kung hindi nyo tatanggalin
ang mga pananim nyo sa lupa ko ay papatayin kita” and
after which she drew her bolo and tried to hack me several times
but then I fortunately eluded while Leonardo prevented me to
further talk with respondents;

Hereto marked and attached as Annex “B and series” and as Annex C”

are pictures and CD of the captured video of Madelyn drawing her bolo
and in the act of hacking me;

8. The approximate amount of the yellow corn they destroyed is

php27,000.00 which is almost 70% the total amount we spent on
the lot that is php40,000.00 which includes cost from preparation
of the lot, cost of seeds, pesticides and labor;

Hereto marked and attached as Annex “D and series” are pictures

of the yellow corn that were destroyed by herein respondents;

9. To avoid further commotion, Leonardo Razonabe pulled me and we

left the premises and immediately we reported the incident to the
 Iguig police station. Thus, the certification of the police blotter
dated July 2, 2019 hereto marked as Annex “E”;

10. To settle our issues, I reported the same incident to the

Barangay for possible settlement but to no avail, hence the
attached and marked Certification to File Action as Annex “F”;

11. The affidavit of Leonardo Razonabe who personally witnessed the

whole incident is also attached and marked as Annex “G”;

12. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the

foregoing and for the purpose of filing criminal action of Grave
Treat, Malicious Mischief and other applicable criminal case under
the circumstances.
