AFFIDAVIT

I, ANTHONY T. DURAN, of legal age, male, married and a

resident of Brgy. Morobuan, Jordan, Guimaras, after having duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the owner of a Motorized Banca named “4 N

KIDS” with Municipal Fishing License No. 0229;

2. That this type of fishing boat is a GILLNET and the purpose

is for fishing within the municipal waters of Jordan,
Guimaras;

3. That my fishing boat was utilized without my knowledge

and consent for the purpose of transporting the twelve (12)
sacks of charcoal which were purchased by a vendor at
Iloilo Terminal Market;

4. That if I had known that my fishing boat will be utilized for

transporting said sacks of charcoal without pertinent
documents, I would have not permitted the same since it
would be prejudicial on my end;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of

the foregoing facts and as a compliance with the
Department of Environment and Natural Resources;
