Avoid using company phone for personal calls.

Use your breaktime wisely.

Keep our office safe, clean &

Double check daily report, make sure everything is tallied.

Make sure to have every cash to go in and out double-checked by your co-worker.

Always show the customer’s pawned item after sealing it.

Always use vouchers for any transaction connected to our pawnshop.

Never open sealed pawned items.

Always give Official Receipts.

Avoid making any corrections to the pawn ticket when transacting.


Keep our vault CLEAN, SAFE & SECURED.

Observe S.O.P. in safety in opening and closing our pawnshop.

Store pawned items in a safe and secure place, so as to avoid damage.


Only pawned items can be stored in our vault, never put your personal belongings inside
the VAULT.

Treat our customers “EQUALLY”.

Our customers are the reason we are open.

Practice teamwork especially if personnel infront of the counter needs assistance.

Prioritize the CUSTOMER before anything else.

Respect each other at the branch.

Give equal respect to Managers and co-workers.

Wear proper and scheduled uniform at all times.

Keep your appearance always presentable.

Observe PUNCTUALITY.
