TSSAI GENERAL ASSEMBLY

1. Financial report of all activities of TSSAI were liquidated and presented. (attached in the file is
the hard copy of their liquidation)
2. Christmas Party
It will be on December 6, 2019 at Agri Skills Iloilo, 9:00AM.
There will be no registration.
The exchange gift will be 300 php per representative of each school.
The regional directors and provincial directors will attend so they can also conduct strategic
planning.
3. Trainers’ and Assessors’ Association
There will be a gathering of trainers and assessors on November 29, 2019 at St. Paul’s
University, Iloilo (Marian Hall), 1:00PM. They will also be electing officers in the said group.
They have to bring their NTTC and registration fee of 300Php.
Confirmation should be not later than November 18,2019.
4. SEOMEO experiences
There will be Teacher’s Immersion Program this March-July . It is spearheaded by Mr. Joel of
Remnant Institute.
5. TESDA Matters
Dualized training system (industry based training program)
Circular regarding that still needs revision and modifications.
TESDA is aligned with the ASEAN Regulations.
Current Issues:
-Slow payment of students and government
-Shortcut training program (industry immersion)
-some centers do not indicate their special clients (those PWDs)
-trainer’s expiration of NTTC (trainers should write a letter addressed to the provincial director
two months before their NTTC expires)
