How Long Should I Use Candex™?
Many people report improvement within 10 days to
four weeks. However, reducing Candida to manageable
levels depends on individual immune status, probiotic

1. Reduce usage from 4 capsules per day to 3
capsules per day for a week.
2. The next week, cut back to two capsules.

Must I Follow the “Candida Diet?”
The Candida Diet sounds good in theory. After all,
Candida thrives on sugar, so if you don’t give it any,
it will starve, right? Well, not really. First, it’s extremely
difficult and terribly unhealthy to eat nearly no
carbohydrates. Second, if Candida finds no glucose
in the gut, it morphs into a hyphal state and punches
through the gut lining into the bloodstream. From
there, it colonizes tissues where the body is producing
glucose as part of the energy production process.

vegetables. Beef is acceptable, but as an occasional

What is Candida?
Candida albicans is a fungal yeast that is literally
everywhere, which means you can’t keep it out of
your body. When it grows out of control, it causes a
host of problems, like localized (primarily vaginal or
rectal) itching, depression, irritability, dizziness, unclear
thinking, difficulty focusing, brain fog, fatigue, gas,
bloating, diarrhea or constipation, rapid weight loss or
gain, flatulence, and cravings for sweets or alcohol. The
severity of these issues ranges from mildly annoying

How Does Candida Get Out
of Control?
Under normal circumstances, your gut is populated by
