PLAN OF THE DAY

● To visit SKV, DHAKKA
● To attend motivational talk oraganised by school administration

WORK DONE
Trainee called up his agency supervisor and he asked traineee to visit and attend Sarvodaya
kanya vidyalay, dhakka. Trainee reached there as directed. There was one session going on. The
topoc was to develop entrepreneurial mindset among the students. The resource person was Mr.
Hunny pal who is a life coach. His expertise area constitutes success strategies , personal
management, Anxiety and Stress Management, State Management,Nlp basics, Memory skills,
Counselor.
He talked about to develop a skillset other than the education they are getting and that way
students can engage in entrepreneurial activities and age is no baar to them. Students were
curious about the topic and asked many questions regarding how they can manage time to start a
new venture ,what are the areas students can engage in business with out hampering their
studies! He answered all of them very patiently. He emphasized that rather than wasting time at
social media students can use social media platform for their marketing. They must advertise
their skills. He extensively talked on the topic of failure. He advised students not to be afraid of
failures. Whatever they are doing they must take their idea to people without the fear of
rejection. He said students must thank people who reject them and prompting them to work
harder. He emphasized on having a positive mindset whenever starting any thing new because
failures are bound to happen.
Trainee also asked him one about managing stress whenever starting something new Because
students also prepare for exam and stress make them perform poor in exam. He answered that
practising everything 2 to 3 times before actually performing it. Accepting failure can make you
positive and that can ease out stress.
After his lecture , agency supervisor asked us to reach gbsss, gtb nagar. Reaching there we met
with principal and asked his permission to conduct activity with the students of 8 th class. He
granted the permission. Being the last day of month it was half day for all the classes except 10
and 12 th because of their boards.

At the library trainee took session with students on personality enhancement. Trainee asked them
what they want to be in life. Most of them don't have any idea. Trainee then told them the
importance of learning English . They are in 8 th class and most of them doesn't study because of
no detention policy. They themselves admitted that. Trainee asked them to start studying because
in 9th class they might face problem. Trainee told them the importance of studying and it's not
something which is forced upon them. It is the basic need of the humans now. Session ended
pretty well and trainee went on to attend the meeting with the school principal along with agency
supervisor.

At the meeting principal seemed dissatisfied from the work of bharti foundation. He said
conducting activities won't help students much. He was indirectly asking for trophies and other
physical things from bharti foundation.

After the meeting Trainee left the venue.

OBSERVATION AND ANALYSIS

Session held in this school was very productive. These kind of sessions help students to develop a
particular mindset which helps them to focus on there career and to decide what they actually want from
life. It helps them to give direction to their life. Trainee observed that students of this school are very
active and asked a lot of questions which signifies that they want to know the answers. Curiosity is the
mother of inventions.

At this school while holding session with students Trainee observed that students are very casual about
their studies. One of them told me that most of his friends think that it's easy to earn money riding an e-
rickshaw than studying so much.
Students environment mold them a lot. They follow what they see. Trainee found it very difficult to
convince them about the importance of education.
