 Working as a HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer (M.E.P) at Dolphin
Trading & Investment LLC. At project of R.O.P Complex at Manah, Oman from
June 2015 to till date.
 Working as a HVAC & Fire Fighting Engineer at Varun Hi-Tech Pvt.Ltd At
project Refinery and Fertilisers ( IOCL ) From Jan.2010 to Aug. 2012.
 Working as a HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer (M.E.P) at Sterling
Wilson Ltd. At various project in Residential Buildings, Malls, Industries, Hotels, &
Hospitals since Aug-2012 to June 2015.

Job Responsibility:

 Responsible for Installing & Inspecting H.V.A.C Units Like Split & Cassete Unit.
 Responsible for Installing & Inspecting H.V.A.C equipment like Chillers, Primary
& Secondary Pumps, Air washer unit, AHU, Air Separators, & piping.
 Responsible for Installing Condensate Drain Pipes.
 Responsible for inspecting & Installing Rotary Equipment like Pump,
Compressor, Blower.
 Responsible for Erecting & Inspecting HVAC Duct and Accessories like VCD,
VRV, VRF, Louvers.
 Responsible for Nitrogen Testing for copper piping & Vacuuming for VRF Unit.
 Responsible for Installation of Duct for Ventilation of Furnace & Heaters.
 Preparation of Work orders, MPA’S quotations.
 Monitor day-to-day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with Site -in
charge/Consultants.
 Maintaining & Installing Boiler, Pump, Swimming Pool, chiller.
 Conducts QC inspections and monitors defect rectification for MEP material.
 Witnessed Light & Air testing in ducting to ensure leakage.
 Witnessed hydro & Pneumatic test of Equipment and pipes.
 Overhaul of Compressor & Pump.
 Responsible for Installation of Ductable Air Conditioning, Package Unit.
 Review of raw material Mill Test Certificates.
 Executing & Inspecting Plumbing and Sanitary works.

working conditions.
 Executing Electrical cable & Panels erection with reference to approved drawing.
 Supervise and monitor the Mechanical/electrical contractors/sub-contractors on
site.

 Conducted Megger Test for insuring the leaks at Transformers & other electric
Equipments.
 Update with the fire protection policies of the company.
 Responsible for erecting fire fighting piping and equipment like valves, fire hose
reel, landing valves, & Sprinkles.
 Able to review resource reports like manpower histograms etc. and ascertain
adequacy of resources deployed for timely completion of the project.
 Plan and arrange the training of the in-house Facilities Management team on
various systems prior to the handing/taking over of the project.
 Raise Reports in case of deviations from specifications or industry best practices.
 Coordinate with the in-house Design Management department on project
Mechanical or Electrical issues.
 To ensure that all the fire and safety policies are being followed.
 Have hands on experience on the procurement, installation and testing &
commissioning of HVAC Systems.
 Responsible for Constructing Tank for storage of Water.
 Responsible for Installing and Inspection hydrant system (External & Internal).
 Responsible for Installation of sprinkle Piping.
 Good Knowledge of NFPA Standard.
 Responsible for Preparing Method Statement & Hand over Document.
 Have hands on experience on the procurement, installation and testing &
commissioning of Unitary Equipments, Chillers, Chilled Water Network, Air
Handling Equipment, Ductwork and Air Side Equipments, Diffusers & Grilles,
Exhaust Fans, Thermal Insulation.
 Water Distribution Networks, Pumps, Plumbing Pipe Works in Trenches,
Structures related to Plumbing/Drainage, Water Storage, Plumbing for Gases,
Internal/External/Surface Drainage.
 Sewage Treatment Plant, Commissioning of Plumbing Systems.
 Responsible for Installation Sprinkler Piping, Hose Reel Box & other Accessories.
 Inspect and ensure proper workmanship by the contractors/subcontractors.
 Be adept in and aware of International and Local Building Codes.
 Coordinate with Liaison Department for connections and approvals from the
Utility Providers.
 Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by Method Statement.
 Study & Vetting of drawings and BOQ.
 Preparation of budget and tracking of budget.
 Having good knowledge of A.S.H.R.E, SMACNA & N.F.P.A codes.
 Ensuring internal documentation as per nor ms and requirements.
 Conducting Holiday testing for ensures proper Wrapping & Coating had done on
piping.
 Knowledge of practical application, production & processing, Piping Fabrication.
