- Assisting the President in his/her duties especially in the absence of the President

- Assist in taking care residents welfare
- Assist residents in facing any difficulties
8. Activity
- Assist in planning and implementing hostel activities
- Helping in getting sponsor/financial aid for such activity
9. Maintenance/Cleanliness
- Assist in monitoring cleanliness/hygiene, facilities and general maintenance
- Reporting any damages occurred
