    Social media has negative effects on our lives and health. Excessive mobile phone use can cause seizures, breathing issues, and brain cancer due to radiation exposure. Social media also causes addiction that can disrupt sleep patterns in teenagers and lead to distraction from tasks. As concerned citizens, we should limit our use of social networking sites and phones to protect our health and lives, as too much reliance on technology prevents discovering things on our own and reduces efforts. Reviving old traditions and maintaining a balance with technology is important.

    SOCIAL MEDIA HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECTS IN OUR LIVES


    In our time, social media is constantly revolving around us. People are always on their
    phone, laptops, or tablet, posting pictures, reacting things, watching videos, waiting for the
    latest trend and messaging back and forth with their loved ones. Although somehow social
    media is beneficial in many ways like having a conversation to a long distance relative it
    does have a negative impact on mental and body health
    We’re all aware that our phones have a radiation and as i heard, radiation can cause brain
    cancer, also i just wanna share a story that my mother told me ot is about her friend’s
    daughter, her friend’s daughter went to a hospital because of seizure, at first the girl
    suddenly feels a difficulty in breathing she’s also afraid in water, just like a person who
    bitten by a dog. The doctor said that these symptoms is cause by the excessive use of
    mobile phone. Also social media causes addiction that can cause a lack of sleep specially to
    teenagers, also it can lead to a distraction, many of us develope the habit of checking their
    accounts multiple times a day, that time spent on checking their mobile phone must be the
    time on doing their task
    So as a concern citizen, I suggest that we should limit our use of Social Networking Sites as
    well as our phones because for me technology are invented to help human but not to
    shortened the lives of human. We should discipline oueselves, because maybe for now our
    social media help us to entertain but these entertainment is not enough to pay when we get
    a sickness and for me it is better to live without technology because you can discover new
    things on your own, explain everything with your own thoughts and also it is better if we still
    put efforts to everything, unlike now that we almost rely everything in Social Networking
    Sites. We should revive our old tradition, being part of smegma where in technology is
    revolving is not bad, but being a person who lived in technolgy is bad
