Online Trading Tip Advisory Firm is now hiring Freshers and Experienced Tele Sales
Executive for Home Based Job.

 Timing: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm (30 minutes Lunch Break & 5-5 min Tea Breaks)
 Weekly Off/Holidays: All Sundays & National Festivals
 System: Laptop or Desktop & good Internet connection
 Location: Work from home / Home Based Job
 Age: 18 to 28 years
 Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
 Soft Skills: Computer Basic Knowledge
 Marital Status: Unmarried
 Gender: Female
 Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi & Proficiency in Additional Language will
be an added advantage.
 Interactive skills: Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquette's. Excellent
communication and good interpersonal skills.
 Nationality: Indian citizens only
 Mandatory Documentation: Must possess a valid ID & Address Proof.

Salary Structure: Fresher – 10k fixed, Experienced: 12k (Experience is valid only in
BPO/Call Centre sector) + 1k extra per additional Language + Incentives per month (No target)
20% Increment can be expected from 2nd Month.

Additional Language (except Hindi& English)- Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam

 Training Fees:
o Training is Free of Cost.
o Candidates will be provided with specialized online Training for 7 days Free of cost.
o Candidates needn't to visit anywhere & can do this Full Time Job from their Home.

Note 1: Candidates Should be Loyal, Dedicated, Innovative & Looking for Permanent Job (at
least 3 Months Employment bond.)

Note 1: Additional Language (except Hindi or English or Regional Language)- Kannada, Tamil,
Telugu & Malayalam

Note 2: Those Candidates who know Only Hindi (OR) Only English with their regional
language will not be paid extra for their Regional Language.

Note 3:1k extra per Additional Language is applicable only when your Additional Language is
you 3rd Fluent Language.

e.g.- Suppose you are a resident of Karnataka, then Kannada will not be counted as your
Additional Language because it’s your Regional Language.

 Training Fees:
 Rs.3,500 (7 days Training- If training is completed before 7 days then remaining days
amount will be refunded Rs.500 per day accordingly).
o Candidates will be provided with specialized online Training for 7 days.
o Candidates needn't to visit anywhere & can do this Full Time Job from their Home.

4. Explain advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customer's interest.
5. Responsible for attending/Outgoing calls and providing information as requested by the
caller. Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
6. Judging Human Behavior and accordingly moulding the sales pitch.
7. Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of
customer.
 8. Listening to what Customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate.
9. The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer.
10. Maintaining Follow Ups data, Working on Follow up data, Maintaining MIS and data for
future course of action.
11. Giving Feedback to Team Leader on prospects or Follow up clients.
12. Candidates Should be Passionated, Sincere, Dedicated & Innovative towards their work.
