All MBA (FT, MM, FA, PA,IB and APR) III semester students are informed that their Summer
Internship Project presentation will be held as per the following schedule. Presentation should be
of 8-10 minutes only. List of students has been displayed on the notice board. Accordingly they
have to come on 26th August to 02nd September 2019. Students are required to present 10
minutes prior to time. If any students not present during the mentioned time he or she will be
responsible for penalties.

Note –

1. Students have to bring their SIP report at the time of presentation (in softcopy).
2. If company’s certificate was not submitted earlier, at the time of presentation
student has to bring company’s certificate compulsorily and attached it with report.
3. Students should be in formals and should have Institute’s Identity card.
4. Room no. and names of students will be displayed on the day of presentation.

Summer Internship Report Presentation Guidelines

 Students are required to wear business professional attire.


 Presentations must last no longer than 8-10 minutes and will be followed by a 2-5 minutes
“question and answer” period. Students must rehearse their presentations to keep with the 10
minute limit.
 Presentations must be made using PowerPoint Slides, and must include: (MS – Office 2007)
a. An overview of the internship site, including a brief description of its services, personnel, on-
site supervisor, etc.
b. A brief description of the internship responsibilities.
c. A brief description of the challenges and successes experienced during the internship;
d. A very detailed description of the Special Project (the majority of the presentation time
should be devoted to this.);
e. A description of what was learned from the experience and how it can be applied in the
future; and
f. A statement of future (Professional and/ or academic) plans.
 Students will be evaluated using the rubric below:
