    RATINGS IN COMPLIANCE TO HRM-PRIME ACCREDITATION AND
    201 FILE UPDATES

    DATE: June 28, 2019

    1. In compliance to Human Resource Management (HRM-PRIME) Accreditation, all


    school teaching personnel are mandated to update their documents in their 201 files.

    2. These 201 files include the CTC of their PRC licenses and board ratings, renewal
    of NBI clearances, etc.

    3. Wide dissemination of this memo is highly recommended.
