Project Title: Project VERSES (Vocabulary Enhancement through Reading Stories with the
Engagement of Stakeholders)

Problem Statement: Eighty-six (86) learners have poor vocabulary.

Project Objective Statement: Decreased the number of learners’ low reading

comprehension from 16.93% (86) to 0%.
K-3: Decreased the percentage of frustration level learners from 23.65% (35) to
0% in 3 years.
4-6: Decreased the percentage of frustration level learners from 7.78% (7) to 0%
in 3 years.
7-10: Decreased the percentage of frustration level learners from 16.87% (40) to
0% in 3 years
11: Decreased the percentage of frustration level learners from 12.12 % (4) to
0% in three years.
