the East African and Southeast Asian markets. The company’s vision is to achieve a global presence. DBMSC-Steel and its
branches are among the largest importers, exporters and stockists of structural steel products in the GCC region.

The company’s business interests are in global steel trading and stocking of structural steel products. Its major business
focus includes companies catering to various areas that include: 1) exploration and production of oil and gas 2) marine and
offshore segments such as shipbuilding and repairs, FPSO conversions, fixed platforms, spars, semi submersibles, jack-up
rigs, tension leg platforms 3) general construction and onshore activities such as multi-disciplinary constructions for civil and
structural projects, power plants, water-treatment plants, petrochemical plants, oil refineries and metal fabricators.

The company is committed to supply products that conform and

satisfy the quality requirements with the required specifications
and ensuring on time deliveries. Committed to meet customer
satisfaction, the company has ensured a quality system in place
for its policies, objectives and procedures. Its quality management
system has been established since 2004. At present, the company
is ISO 9001:2008 certified by the Det Norske Veritas (DNV)
accrediting body.

The company was incorporated in 1970 under the trade license
name Dubai Building Material Supply Centre L.L.C. by its
co-founders, the late Udharam Shewakramani and the current
Chairman Rupchand Shewakramani. Continuing its successful
journey, the company has moved its business operation to its
new head office at Jebel Ali Free Zone in 2007 and is now known
as DBMSC-Steel FZCO. It has more than 35 years of
experience in the steel products and trading markets in the
Middle East. The company has earned a reputable position
among its suppliers, clientele, trading community and associates
in this line of business.

DBMSC-Steel has continued to grow even during the economic

downturn and endeavours to further enhance its presence in the
GCC countries by setting up new facilities and liaison offices in
the immediate future.

DBMSC-Steel products are governed by international standards that are supported by mill test certificates. Its materials
and products are sourced from reputable mills in Europe, Far East, South Africa, CIS and the subcontinent that comply
with various international standards.
