Prainsa Precast Concrete is a major manufacturer of hollow core and precast concrete elements with a particular focus on skyscrapers, com-

Founded in 1973 in Zaragoza, Spain,
Prainsa has unwaveringly harnessed the
latest technology to offer clients customized
services and/or complete solutions while
growing into a key player in the construc-
tion industry far beyond its European
shores. In fact the Prainsa Group today
owns a stable of 20 factories spread all
over Spain, France, Chile, Argentina, Peru
and the recently opened set-up in
Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Expanding in the Middle East became a
reality when Prainsa teamed up with a
cement producer based in Dammam. The
Dammam factory has a production facility
of 50,000 m², designed to produce hollow
core slabs and prestress beams, wall
panels and heavy duty precast elements.
The concrete delivery system inside the fac-
tory is serviced with a compact yet distincti-
ve machine that allows mobile concrete dis-
tribution. Known as Speedy and supplied
by Bianchi Casseforme S.r.l., this 1-man
operating 3-4m³ machine facilitates both
the delivery and the casting of the wet or
dry concrete without stalling the production
