This Material Submittal Document covers NATIONAL PAINTS FACTORIES CO.WLL
to supply all adequate and required consumable materials, technicians, tools,
equipment, services, testing devices, and each item of expense necessary in this
project which is REHABILITATION OF AL KHEESA PETROL STATION.

NATIONAL PAINTS FACTORIES CO.WLL will supply all kinds of PAINTS and other
related services. The specification is based on QCS 2014 or project specification.

National Paints Factories Co-Qatar established in 1987 at Doha Industrial Area.
Utilizing the latest technological innovations in paint production, the company
has offered a diverse range of solutions including: (Decorative Paints, Industrial
& Protective Coatings, Furniture & wood finish paints. etc.). The company has
been at the forefront in developing paint products that are specifically
formulated to suit the local weather conditions including a variety of
conventional and specialized coatings that withstand the extreme climate of
middle east.
National Paints Factories Co-Qatar is accredited with the ISO Certification
9001/2015 for Quality Management System, ISO 14001/2015 for Environmental
Management System and ISO 45001/2018 for Health and Safety Management
System. Since 2010, the company has been a member of the Qatar Green
Building Council (QGBC), Gulf Research & Development Organization (GORD) &
the Qatar Sustainability Assessment System (QSAS), share their expertise to find
the best solutions in line with the global sustainability regulations of the dyes
industry. In recognition of the company's excellence, vision & rapid growth, the
company received three consecutive years of Business Excellence Awards from
the World Business Federation-Houston / USA. In addition to the great
experience gained by the company over 32 years and through the management
of the company to study the suggestions received from the markets in this
regard.
In line with market requirements, two new brands have been launched, Robson
Paints and Oryx Paints under the umbrella of the National Paints Factories
Co-Qatar. Robson Paints has been designed in high-tech formulas and
outstanding quality for professionals to represent the highest quality products
among all existing paint brands in the local market, While Oryx Paints represents
moderate standards with economical price.
The purpose of adding these two brands to the market is to meet the customer
needs of different categories. All products under decorative coatings, Epoxy
coatings, flooring coatings, industrial and protective coatings, and wood coatings
are produced and packed in attractive containers for each of the two brands fully
in Qatar.

Logistic and Delivery Department
The aim of National Paints Factories Co - Qatar is to satisfy the customer in terms of
meeting the needs of the required stock and to ensure that the customer receives all his
requests in the specified time and date. Therefore, since the company was established, the
focus and interest were on building up large fleet of delivery trucks section to cover the
local Qatari and to deliver the paints from the factory to the distributors or projects directly
in order to stay on the customer service and satisfaction.

Product description

Rob Pro Primer is a special PVA based emulsion primer with moderate opacity and sealing property. It has excellent adhesion and
good alkali resistance on cementitious surfaces. It is a general-purpose primer for masonry works. It is suitable for interior/exterior
applications. It contains antifungal and antibacterial additives.

Recommended use

Rob Pro Primer is a general-purpose primer for cementitious surface. It can be used as primer to hide the substrate surface and
provide an opaque matt finish. It is used for the interior/exterior applications on concrete, plaster, bricks, asbestos, gypsum, etc. as
a masonry primer. It can be used for sealing the chalky surfaces like gypsum board and putty. It can be used as an economical
primer for Rob Acrylic Rock System.

Storage and Handling

Store the paint in proper storage conditions as per the local regulations. Keep the paint container in sealed condition under shed,
away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not stock paint material near to any ignition sources. Do not put back the
half or unused material back in original container, containing the supplied paint, to avoid contamination. Handle with care. Stir well
before use.

0.9 Liter container, 1USG (3.76 Liter) container, and Drum (18 Liter) container.

Shelf Life

18 months, in original sealed container, with proper storage conditions.

Health and safety

Generally, most of the water based paints are quite safe to handle with due precautions. As a general rule, avoid skin and eye
contact by wearing overalls, gloves, goggles, and mask, etc. Spillage on skin should immediately be removed by thorough washing
with water and soap or suitable cleaner. Eye should be flushed with fresh water. Avoid inhalation of vapours and paint mist by
wearing suitable mask. In the event of ingestion and eye contact, seek medical attention immediately. Painting must be carried out
in well-ventilated area. Local safety regulations to be followed.

Product description

Rob Stucco Filler is a PVA Copolymer based high solid putty, with graded fillers. It is homogeneous, thick paste having excellent
body filling and very good coverage. Rob Stucco Filler has very fast and excellent sandability with very good recoatability. It
smoothly covers the surface imperfections or dents and provides a leveled smooth finish. It is a general purpose, economical filler
for interior applications. It contains antifungal and antibacterial additives.

Recommended use

Rob Stucco Filler is recommended as an interior body filling or surface leveling putty for concrete, plaster, gypsum, masonry works,
etc. This can be used for filling up open grains of hard wood, MDF and other wooden surfaces, to obtain a smooth even surface.
Mostly used in the carpentry work as repair and dent filler. It is highly recommended as a surface leveling putty for concrete
surfaces. It is always to be used as an undercoat only.
