1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 The Scope of the Work to be performed by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this

Contract, and describes or references, in the applicable drawings, Standards and
Specifications, the technical requirements that CONTRACTOR shall satisfy or

shall coordinate with Municipality, MOWE, STC and other government agencies to
identify and locate existing utilities within the proposed school site.

applicable to their staffing levels at any given time. Safety staff shall be present at
the WORK Site at all times while CONTRACTOR Personnel are working, including

CSAR. CONTRACTOR safety staff shall not be assigned dual roles (e.g., not also
