refinements to conventional crusher features.
Produces sized product with a minimum of fines
Unlike ordinary hammer mills, Coal Granulators do not
generate a high proportion of fines, as the coal is not
shattered by hammers but broken up by floating, rolling
rings of hardened steel.
Externally adjustable screen plate
To maintain correct product size, the screen cage is
adjustable to compensate for wear. The adjustment is
performed easily using external screw mechanisms.
Handles wet or dry coal
The Coal Granulator has been specifically designed to
handle wet and fine coal. The screen cage of the
granulator resists plugging because of the very high ratio
of open area provided by the screen slots. This allows the
machine to handle the most difficult or sticky feed
material without a problem.
Easy access
Service and maintenance features offer continual cost
savings. An absolute minimum of downtime is required
for servicing as quick and easy access is provided to all
internal components through the rear quadrant opening.
