 2018
During my first tenure , I managed to achieve the GOALS I set for the university for
2018.I was also able to instill my philosophy and trainings to the team as per planned
Annual
out. Players were keen and hungry for success upon the taste of the first one. We Report
ended 2018 with a bang as planned , but i also predicted for the most unforeseen
outcome and made a meeting with the Dean of the university to warned him and also
explained how to avoid certain situations. I came with a powerpoint slide project
which i made in accordance to futsal of ipe for the years to come but sadly i was
turned down and i didnt even got the chance to explain or show the slides.

 ในระหวางการดํารงตําแหนงครั้งแรกของฉันฉันสามารถบรรลุเปาหมายที่ฉันตั้งไวสําหรับมหาวิทยาลัยในปพ.

 ANNUAL REPORT

THERE ARE MANY FACTORS TO THIS DOWNSLIDE / IMBALANCE IN TEAMS PERFORMANCE. Main
factors are Ego due to quick success , mindset of players , the lack of training due to the court availability
and students timetable which is different , and also the discipline. Lack of support for preparations.

What i want to highlight here is the amount of players, previous year we only had a handful of player. By
the end of the year players needed rest from overworking, overstressing for some-cases , played too long
in a short time that the individual lost interest. Thankfully this year we have had more than just a handful in
the numbers of new players to the number of old players , thus balance can be restored be restored. What
i warned the dean about previously already has happened.

2 - Based on their technical skills , basic understanding and the ability to understand and play to my futsal
philosophies plays shall be grouped in either Team A or Team B.

Team A =the main team , competing in all major competitions.

Team B = Second Team . shall take part in local or none important leagues or competitions, in order to have experience
and also to understand my philosophies and coaching style of the game.

Any Player that is not performing to expectations or has disciplinary issues shall be demoted to the B team and same
goes for player who have done well , improved or pass shall get promotion.(this will help make player more focused

 How do we get futsal students Yearly??
I understand that all universities who are top
6 in futsal here in thailand basically has
everything to lure the player . From
scholarships , to paying them , or with wide
range of variety packages , bonuses and
offers. This has been one factor that we can
never change.
Yes the budget factors and scholarships promotions are all beyond
us, but that doesn't mean there is 0 students left. If you were paying
attention to the annual report minutes ago you would get some sense
as to what i am about to say. During my first tenure , we had only 14
students in futsal, and today we currently have close to 30 students.
The number increase almost by half in just a matter of months
because of two things,
1 - U-league
2- Recognition / fancied
Our performance and result was fancied by many kids around
thailand whom watches this league live every week. Thus we have to
take advantage of this situations. And this year our performance was
bad , or among the worst . Satirically , we wont be of great facor as
of now , but ultimately it is always better to also have some one who
is well know in the league to be part of the team promotion

เลน จากทุนการศึกษาการจายเงินหรือแพ็คเกจ
หลากหลายโบนัสและขอเสนอที่หลากหลาย นี่เปน
ปจจัยหนึ่งที่เราไมสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได
ใชปจจัยดานงบประมาณและการสงเสริมการลงทุนลวน แตเหนือ
กวาเรา แตนั่นไมไดหมายความวามีนักเรียนเหลืออีก 0 คน หาก
คุณใหความสนใจกับรายงานประจําปนาทีที่แลวคุณจะเขาใจวา
ฉันกําลังจะพูดอะไร ในชวงที่ฉันดํารงตําแหนงครั้งแรกเรามี
นักเรียน 14 คนในฟุตซอลและวันนี้เรามีนักเรียนเกือบ 30 คน
จํานวนเพิ่มขึ้นเกือบครึ่งในเวลาเพียงไมกี่เดือนเพราะสองสิ่ง

ผลการดําเนินงานและผลการแขงขันของเราไดรับการยกยอง
จากเด็ก ๆ ทั่วประเทศไทยที่เฝาดูลีกนี้สดทุกสัปดาห ดังนั้นเรา
ตองใชประโยชนจากสถานการณนี้ และปนี้การแสดงของเราไม
ดีหรือแยที่สุด เหน็บแนมเราจะไมเปน ที่ดี ณ ตอนนี้ แตทายที่สุด
มันก็ยังดีกวาเสมอที่จะมีคนที่รูดีในลีกมารวมเปนสวนหนึ่งของ
การสงเสริมทีม

1) To always play attractive and effective futsal , never to abandon the philosophy or tactics
2) To be top 5 in thailand futsal university level, constantly talked about by other universities.

ฉันไมเพียง แตลอเลียนโดยอาจารยของฉันเทานั้น แตยังไดรับการบรรยายเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาที่ยาวนานและหาก
ปราศจากมันฉันจะสามารถกินหญาไดเทานั้นโดยที่เพื่อนรวมชั้นหัวเราะดวย โดยสุจริตฉันเปนฉันไมไดใสใจหรือไม
ใสใจแทนนั่นเพียงจุดประกายใหฉันทํางานหนักขึ้น 12 เดือนที่ผานมาฉันอายุ 13 ปและ 14 ป สองสามเดือนและยังอยู
ในโรงเรียนเดียวกัน แตคาดเดาอะไร ฉันเปนตัวแทนประเทศของฉัน (อิหราน) และยังมีโอกาสไดเลนใน AFC Asian
Cup Finals และไดรับรางวัล“ Achiever” จากโรงเรียน แตครูคนนั้นเหรอ? ไมเคยพูดกับฉันจนถึงตอนนี้เลย ปญหา
หลักคือวานักเรียนและครูเหมือนกันไมไดตระหนักถึงความเปนไปไดที่ชีวิตมีให หรือชีวิตของผูเลนฟุตซอลมืออาชีพ
ที่แทจริงและจํานวนเงินเดือนที่เขาไดรับตอเดือน / ตอสัปดาหหรือจํานวนโอกาสที่แตกตางกันที่ผูเลนมืออาชีพ - เกี่ยว
กับเงินเดือนโดยแหลงอื่น ๆ ที่ไมตองการใหเขาเตะบอล นั่นเปนเพียงเพราะพวกเขาไมเคยพบใครคนหนึ่งหรือเจอกันคน
เดียว แตเราเปนใคร ความฝนของเรา? Dreams = Goals = Desire = Presuit = Achievement = Happiness
เราตองการอาจารยที่เคยมีประสบการณ เพราะเขาเคยผานชีวิตแบบนี้
 Coaching Philosophy & Goals
One of the most important aspects of coaching is my Philosophy. To know my philosophy fully, feel free to ask and i can send you a copy, but i will jus touch
on a few topics to not make this long. Every club should definitely have one and so should this university. I already have started implementing my philosophy
since the day i started working and i intend to set up my philosophy here for the long run of futsal players and coaches to follow after my absences. Every
training i have is specifically tailored to the team and players advantages and disadvantages in regards of my coaching philosophy and the
improvements. A training with some bibs, some cones and balls is not what I’m talking about. Every training is tailored to the end product i want to achieve,
which is the philosophy. And every team is not the same in sense of formation , players , tactics , fitness. But every team has the same philosophy and that is
the end product , intelligent and attractive futsal.
The right attitude and coaching principle is what i’m referring to. My philosophy will be ideas that determines everything we do as a team, from how me and
my staff speak to your players. I believe in my philosophies and even when i am losing i will never ever disregard my philosophy. We play by our motto
which is “ THE TEAM IS MOST IMPORTANT, MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANY PLAYER (INDIVIDUALITY) AND PLAYERS OF THE TEAM NEEDS FIGHT AND DEFEND
WITH PRIDE THE IDEAS OF THE CLUB AND WHAT IT STANDS FOR”.No player, coach, manager or member is bigger then the club.
I WILL NEVER STOP CHALLENGING MY PLAYERS NO MATTER WHAT ,AS I WANT THEM TO PROGRESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND EVERY LEVEL AFTER THAT. I
have never disregard talent over technique. But i will always choose a technical player over a talented one because individual Technique , with the mix of
Teamwork and alittle tactic will win you championships. Whereas talent and skills will only win you a game. Technique is not being able to juggle a ball
1000 times. Anyone can do that by practicing. Then you can work in the circus. Technique is passing the ball with one touch, with
the right speed, at the right foot of your teammate Someone who has juggled the ball in the air during a game, after which four
defenders of the opponent get the time to run back, that’s the player people think is great. I say he has to go to a circus. The sport we
play consists of five players at all times to be in the playing field. It is impossible to play individually whereas you attack alone and defend alone the whole 40
mins. In my teams, the goalie is the first attacker, and the striker the first defender.

i know that my job as a coach is to coach a player who can only kick the ball to a player who is
able to pass the ball in different ways when he is needed to by his teammates, or being the
answer to the problems of coaches at the highest level.
