VAlenzuela, A., it is the name of our business to make sure that the creators
of the business will remembered throughout the world.

We build this shop because we want to have a profit and to help the
hungerness of every students. To have profit, to earn money and to become
successful. Entrepreneurs are all about how to make a money and earnings.

The pastries that we sell must be aromatic and delicious so we can have
more customers. The product and business of ours is bound to be successful.
The target market of our business are anyone; it can be a student,
teacher, personnel etc.. Anyone can be a customer as long as they want to.
MOMACAARVA will target everyone who is hungry and make sure that the
customer is satisfied with the food and the service.

For financial consideration is to make use of the savings of every


founder of the business to make sure that the business will operate every day
to earn profit and to earn back what was needed to earn.

If there is a customer the crew or our worker will welcome and greet
him/her in open arms. If the customer is now buying we will introduced our
product in details. And, we also have other product services like coffee. In
our shop we wish you happy.

Product: Breads and pastries

Breads are our main product. We sell bread as an alternative to rice.


Every student can feel hungry even though it’s not yet their break time so we
sell bread to help the students.

C. Procedure
1) Combine flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl.
2) Stir in salt. Make a well in the center.
3) Add milk and butter.
4) Use a wooden spoon to stir the mixture until well combined,
then use your hands to bring the dough together in the bowl.
5) Brush a large bowl with olive oil to grease. Place the dough in
the bowl with a damp tea towel.
6) Set aside in a warm, draught-free place to prove for 45 minutes
– 1 hour or until the dough has almost doubled in size.
7) Punch down the center of the dough with your fist. Turn onto a
lightly floured surface. Knead for 2 minutes or until the dough is elastic
and has returned to its original size.

We choose this kind of business because we like pastries and also it is


affordable especially to the students like me, and it is also nutritious and we can
introduced it to our future customers. This business can be their food in the
morning and it is also anytime food. That’s why we liked to build a pastry shop
and help other people who are hungry and don’t have a lot of money to buy a food
in a fast-food restaurants and help our local farmers by buying their raw product
that can be part of our ingredients like rice and turn it into a rice flour. Pastries can
be said a tradition for everyone in a family because, every breakfast in the morning
they have what we called “pandesal” or “loaf breed”. This business can be a good
starter for a beginner business like us and we have the interest in making pastries.
