Rationale:
Great organizations recognize that investing in the development of leaders is vital
to meeting today’s demands as well as delivering long-term value to customers and
stakeholders. This s​eminar is designed to provide leaders with the skills to maximize the
performance of employees, deliver on organizational goals and strategies, and improve
bottom-line results.

The purpose of ​Leadership and Management Skills Training and Handling


Objections Seminar is to strengthen current management skills with a powerful, more
distinguished dimension. In other words, it has been designed to enhance and build on
your current leadership abilities. It is understood by most leaders that effective
management is being viewed as a great leader. And, because of the dynamics of the
market within the last several years, the focus on leadership has intensified from an
interest to a need. Leadership is built on solid management skills. This foundation
provides the essentials necessary for supporting and sustaining your management

qualities and performances. Maintaining a balance between achieving results and


developing your people is the key to successful management.

Furthermore, handling objections within a job has a great value because in many
organizations, everyone can encounter complaints, demands and different personalities
of customers. In this seminar we aim to give knowledge on how to deal and solve
problems in an effective way. We want to prove that in the midst of dealing with an irate
customer there’s always a door to way out, building rapport and being competent in the
products and services are important.

Objectives:

● Explain how leadership coaching can help others achieve their full potential.
● Recognize common coaching challenges.
● List the four steps of the GROW model.
● Identify important guidelines for providing feedback.
● Recall goal-setting strategies that will motivate employees.
