Greetings!

I am the vendee of a certain motor vehicle (Nissan Urvan with plate number GST 163)
with a franchise granted under LTFRB Case No. 07-08-5123 valid until February 27,
2019 which I bought from CRISPIN R. CAMPOS. Copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale of
Motor Vehicle is attached hereto for your reference.

By virtue of the said Deed of Absolute Sale of Motor Vehicle, the vendor had effectively
waived and transferred in my favor the said franchise. In fact, I have already started the
processing for the transfer of the said franchise in my name.

I am therefore writing you this letter to formally request that any and all application
relative to the aforesaid franchise (LTFRB Case No. 07-08-5123) be denied considering
that I have already filed an application relative to its transfer in my name and also in
view of its sale in my favor by the original franchisee. This is without prejudice to a
waiver on my part in favor of any person with whom I may transfer or alienate my right
in connection with the said franchise.
