mentioned.
 In Road (Category Wise) Network Analysis: All Road (Category Wise) Length Chart: Total Road
Network Length shall be mentioned in brackets in the heading. Department wise total road length
shall also be mentioned against the Department Colour Legend given at the top corner.
 In Road (Category Wise) Network Analysis: Road (Category Wise) Length Chart: Department
wise total road length shall also be mentioned against the Department Colour Legend given at the
top corner.
 In Road (Category Wise) Network Map: After Reference Column in Legend, Total length of Road
Network in the District shall be mentioned.
 In Road (Surface Type Wise) Network Map: After Reference Column in Legend, Total length of
all road surface types in the District shall be mentioned.

 Look after the possible ways for incorporating the forest/wild life sanctuary area in the map so that it
would be easy while mapping the proposals.
 To facilitate the visibility of borders of Revenue Divisions.

Suggestions Made by EE – PR II:

1. There can be a separate Road Atlas exclusively for PR Roads showing all the details.
2. Bar Charts – Order of Mandals – The mandals are not arranged in Alphabetical order.
– Mandal Wise Maps – These maps are in Alphabetical order irrespective
of their order in Charts
3. Buildings – GP’s, Anganwadi Buildings, Community Halls, Zilla Parishad
Buildings, MPP Buildings, Other Offices are not located on maps.
4. Bar Charts – GP Density Chart – Is it needed in Atlas Booklet?
– GP Connectivity Chart – Toatl Length may be mentioned for
Unconnected GP’s besides the charts
– Road Density/Per captia – Is it needed in Atlas Booklet?
5. Quarries – Location of approved Sand and Coarse aggregate quarries shall be
Located on the Road Maps.
6. Bridges/ Cross Drainage (CD) Works Locations are not located on maps along with their details.

 In Adminstrative Map – In Names of Mandals – Boundaries, Railway lines are dull and are not clear.
 In District Road Profile – Population as per Census year may be mentioned.
