Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines- hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR:

residents of Prk. Malipayon, Brgy. Mapantig, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, hereinafter referred
to as the VENDEES;
WITNESSETH
That the VENDOR is the lawful owner of a certain PORTION of a parcel of land
known as Lot No. 2555C, PSD-126504-018150 situated in Brgy. of Kalawag, Municipality
of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat, containing an area of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY
(220) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
45018 , by virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale duly executed by Notary Public Atty.
Mariblithe A. Cartujano-Garingo, with Docket No. 36, Page No: 09, Book No: 17, Series
of 2018 ,dated August 24, 2018;
The VENDOR do hereby warrant the peaceful and quite possession of the
VENDEES his/her heirs and assigns the above-described PORTION ONE HUNDRED TEN
(110) SQUARE METERS, more or less of a parcel of land against any adverse claim.
