Module Title: Global Marketing

Strength

A reasonable introduction is provided. It is good to see

that you have discussed the PEST analysis. Porter’s
five forces, Boston matrix are used for the competitive
analysis. You have demonstrated an ability to interpret
at least some of the issues and makes a reasonable
attempt at explaining the theoretical concepts.

Future Improvement
It is felt that you have covered too much information
and given an equal weight to every aspect of the
theories (e.g. PEST), thus your argument lacks focus
and less critical. Obviously, not all of them is suitable
for Singapore market and you could be more focused
and choose the important relevant information to
discuss. Moreover, it would be useful to mentioned
about the entry mode for entering the new market.
Incorporating more journal articles will be more helpful.
