Primary Duties

➢ Determine the cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommend

preventing such accident.

➢ Before start any task on site ensure that (HIP) hazard identification plan or (JSA)
➢ Job safety analysis must be prepared to recognize the hazard.
