In case the electrical junction box for Sounder &

HIGH LOW
Beacon is opened for servicing or maintenance;
ensure the closure of cable terminals as well as
junction box conforms to respective hazardous
area classification

 Ensure proper wind up & housekeeping at

worksite.
Windup & Housekeeping Scattered Material SLIP TRIP AND FALL MID  Normalize safety override after evaluating the LOW
risk.
Close the permit & associated permits / certificates.
