Note: 1. The machinery was inspected on 04.08.2018 in leased premises locate at IP, Pashamylaram. Furnace, cooling tower and electrical equipments are exposed to atmosphere. The other machines mentioned at sl. no. 2 are inside the shed.

2. Cost of Replace-ments, Repairs /Servicing/ overhauling are considered at 20% for furnace as it is erected out side the shed and ost of the furnaces accessories are partly resuted and few parts are dismantled, and 10% for other machinery.

3. For Sprue die, cluster handles,and trolleys 20% dep is considered as the handles and trolleys are not in good shape and are dismantled.

The undersigned visited the captioned unit on 04.08.2018 for the purpose of valuation and inspected the assets critically and following are the observations
State whether the plant & machinery and equipment is tallying with plant register and panchanama NA
Purchase value of the missing machinery NA
State the misssing machinery, if any, and its depreciated value NA
State the misssing machinery is prior to seizure or after : Not seized
State the condition of the plant, machinery and equipment installed in the premises : Furnance is dismantled and other equipments are inside the shed and are prone to dust.
State technological obsolescence,if any and discount factor/replacement factor applied : The techonlogy adopted is one of the oldest known metal-forming techniques i.e modern investment casting processes. The machine
outdated and in dilapidated condition.

State if the equipment is prone to rust,if so the rate of depreciation applied : The machinery is prone to dust and rust.Hence depreciation of ranging from 10- 20% is applied, 20-10% for cost of repairs/servicing
machinery.
The unit is seized on nil and the assets are lying idle for the last nil months.
The value of machinery as per last disbursement note 6 dt.31.07.2014 is Rs. 54.52 Lakhs
The present realisable value of plant, machinery and equipment is Rs. 15.77 Lakhs.
