Ahmed worked under two types of leadership styles, that can be define as;
Transactional leadership style and Transformational leadership style.

Mr. Abbas
(Transformational leadership style)
These types of leaders encourage, inspire and motivate employees to innovate and create cha
nge for success of the company. They try to build commitment to the mission and always try t
o achieve the objective of the organization. So Mr. Abbas has characteristics of self managem
ent, inspiration, entertain new ideas and adaptability.

Mr. Usman
(Transactional leadership style)
Transactional leaders is one who values order and structure. A transactional leader aim to elic
it the desired performance from team by motivating them, and leader promote compliance by
followers through both rewards and punishment. Mr. Usman has the quality of transactional l
eadership style, and has the characteristics of inflexibility, thrive on following rules & regula
tions and revel inefficiency.
