• Surface drainage (Site slope direction identification)
• Vegetation (types of trees, heights, coverage)
• Ground water table
• Significant architectural styles (if any)
• Circulation (On site and off site)
o Identification of Vehicular road/ pedestrian road
• Major site features (if any)
• Surface drainage
• Climate (Temperature, Humidity, rainfall – bar charts)
• Noise
• Points of interest on site
• Views
o Views from the site
o View towards the site (From various angle – Photographs)
o View quality from various site positions
