SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MANIPIS, JESER CORBADURA of legal age, Filipino, and a residence and present address
at AUP PUTING KAHOY SILANG CAVITE , do hereby appoint NILDA P. SAN GABRIEL,
as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact and representative for the purpose of processing the
transfer of my title including but not limited to the following:

1. Transferring the Tax Declaration; to obtain the Tax Clearance and other related
transactions;
2. To obtain the Certificate of Authorizing Registration with the Bureau of Internal
Revenue;
3. To enter the transaction of the Registry of Deeds for the tax transferring the title and to
obtain the transferred title thereof;
4. To obtain all of Bureau of Revenue Transactions;
5. To receive, sign, execute and deliver any documents concerning the above mentioned
transactions and perform any acts to carry out this purpose, and;
6. To acquire my title from Registry of Deeds upon request.

HEREBY GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the power to receive foregoing properties, as
though myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that my representative
may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of their person and revocation of this
instrument.
