Good morning, I am looking for the office of Mrs. Savellano, the supervisor of Eng’g department.
Ana: Good morning Ma’am. Please wait for a minute. I’ll just call the secretary of Mrs. Savellano.

Maricar: (coming, gesture) good morning, so you are Ms. Allauigan, right?
Louiza: yes maam!
Maricar: Mrs. Savellano is waiting for you. Please follow me.

Maricar: (knocking the door)
Mrs. savellano: Congrats, you’re finally here! (talking with louiza)
(introducing of team) This is your team. This is Mr. Dela Cruz. He is working with us for four years and
he will be your team leader. Oh! There he is, Mr. Velasquez and he’s working in our company for 2
years.

Mrs. Savellano: I received a new client that would like us to design their new plant located in Enrile. I’ll
send you the email and we’ll have a meeting later.

Martin: Good morning, Ma’am. (shake hands) Please have a seat.
Rochelle: good morning, so you are from Khalifa holding!
Martin: yes Ma’am.
I’ll present the design for your new plant. We considered your set conditions and we came up
with this design. First, is the heat exchanger………………………….and the last is the packaging. Did you get it
maam?
Rochelle: (titingin sa watch then to sec. kim)
Sec. kim : Excuse me, Ma’am. You still have another appointment.
Rochelle: Mr. Dela Cruz, we need to go now. We will just call you.

Maricar: Ma’am you have a call. (ipapasa kay mrs.savellano)
Mrs. Savellano: Good morning,maam. Yes maam. Thank you, ma’am. We will just send you another
project engr.

(next day: second meeting)

At 7:30 am, wala pa si errol
Mrs. Savellano: (worried)(going to louiza)
Ms. Allauigan, you will going to take over the project design because Mr.Velasquez is late
again and I have a meeting with the CEO of the company. The client will have a flight at 10:00 am, so
don’t be late.
Louiza : yes maam

CEO blytes: Good evening, everyone. Are you enjoying? I have an important announcement tonight. I
would like to congratulate the Eng’g Department for a job well done. We closed the deal with our
biggest client. In connection with this, I have talked to your supervisor, Mrs.Savellano regarding in your
performance, commitment and attitude. Since, Mrs. Savellano will migrate to London with her family I
decided to promote one of you as the new supervisor. And that is……Ms. Allauigan.
