When we tried to compare ourselves to the person we idolize, we intend to made ourselves feel like the
worst person, because of the almost no resemblance to everything from shape of body to
characteristics, when we compare ourselves to the person we adore and idolizes the most, including
celebrities, so we tried to copy them so that we could fit in to the trends and whats fresh and to atleast
make yourself look good to the eyes of the other and yourself

Families and school

point of making ourselves feel bad, when our mother tried to compare us to someone that you know
who is 10 times better that you, you know that there will be a hard feelings involved, when a teacher
tried to scold you and segue the comparison between you and the most excellent student in your
classroom, you will feel belittled, and will make your self esteem go down
