to desktop, application and networks. The Company’s products and services are related to server, application and desktop
virtualization networking, cloud and Software as Service (SaaS). These product and services are used by approximately 330,000
organizations worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:


As a member of the Implementations, and Support team my primary responsibility is to ensure
seamless support by providing quick and clear solutions. Found the root cause of any problem and
resolved.
 Documented the As-Is process, and designed the To-Be process (FS document)
 Maintained Customer master, Material master, Customer-material info records, and Item proposals.
 Maintained Sales document types and worked on item category determination
 Modified and maintained Access sequences, condition types and Pricing Procedures according to the
