Project 1: Guinness Implementation: From 2017 to 2019 March.

 Preparation of KDS document.

 Involved in finalization& Configuration of MM Organization structure - Plants, Storage
location, Purchasing Organization and Purchase Group.
 Configuration of Materials Master including definition of views required, Number Ranges for
Material types etc.
  Defining Vendor Account Groups based on requirement and defining Screen layout &
number ranges for Vendor Master.
 Definition of Condition types, Access Sequences, Calculation Schema, Scheme groups and
Schema Determination for Domestic, Import and STO process.
 Configuring Purchasing Document types for PR, PO, RFQ etc., and assigning the Number

Project 4: GEP client spend analysis in S4 Hana: From August 2022 to Feb 2023
Spend analysis is the repetitive process of grouping and reviewing procurement data and
processes, vendors in the supply chain, and purchases by category to find cost reduction and
operational improvement. Spend analysis improves strategic sourcing, vendor selection, supplier
management, contract pricing, payment terms, spend management, financial results, and cash flow.

 Gather the requirement from client to build the tool.

 Connecting with client on daily basis to improve the requirement.
 Build the data extractor tool for spend analysis.
 Write the functional specification for each field and tables in SAP as per client
 Closely work with developer to join the table in Azure tool.
 Validate the data post extracted from the tool.
