Creating Courses, and classes on Workday and handling all the admin tasks in L&D.
Schedule an LMS and track global learning activity for a large volume of learning programs
and courses.
Foster an excellent learner experience through communication, including creating teams and
forms in MS Teams and prompting interactions, collaborating with colleagues to manage the
training inbox and provide prompt responses, and tracking issues and escalating as needed.
Administer developmental self-insight assessments including 270 and 360-degree
feedback surveys through the Glint tool.
Assist in evaluating program effectiveness by creating and distributing surveys through DiSC,
and MS Forms and summarizing results.
Execute reporting on global learning, associate engagement, and Talent Management
initiatives, and visualize data.
Partner with Learning and Development Analyst to support and monitor HRIS team
proficiency with LMS functionality, ensuring an accurate, high-quality user experience with
L&D and compliance training offerings.
